Holiday & Winter leave
23 days paid vacation per year plus your local public and bank holidays. We also close the office for Winter leave between Christmas and New Year.
Working from home is our default, but we have access to co-working facilities across the UK & Europe. Work wherever you feel comfortable and get your best work done.
We believe in the value of having a close-knit team, so we organise two "team retreats" a year; Spring and Autumn, where we all come together in person to work and have fun!
We care about your well-being. Our private health insurance enables you to get support with physical and/or mental health issues
Generous maternity & paternity leave
We are committed to supporting parents. We provide great parental leave including 4 weeks of paid paternity and 39 weeks of paid maternity leave.

You’ll meet with our Talent Acquisition team for a chat about your experience, the roles & our company culture. You may be sent a take home test dependent on your role.
For developer & engineering roles this may include a live coding challenge. Deep dive discussion about your expertise and qualifications.
Final stage & meet the team
Depending on the role, you may get the chance to either meet some of your wider team or one of the Co-Founders.
"The people are all highly competent and great to work with. Also the general culture is low stress, management does a really good job of finding a balance between letting people take ownership of work but also shielding them somewhat from deadline pressures.
We've adapted to a changing and challenging industry by hiring people who are highly motivated and willing to pick up new skills. In a sense I think we are drivers of change rather than people who just respond to change."
"Coming from an Offsite Construction background, I have received fantastic support from my colleagues who share their software knowledge, whilst also enabling me to grow in my own field and contribute to KOPE's success.
The company fosters an environment where individual career growth is highly valued and actively supported. In our remote setting, collaboration remains seamless, and the company consistently invests in our team culture and personal well-being.
What truly excites me is KOPE's vision, the amazing progress we are making and the impact we will have in our industry."
"What I enjoy most about working at KOPE is the combination of factors that create a fun and challenging workplace. Working with industry-leading professionals who possess a wealth of experience and knowledge has had a huge impact on my professional development. With goal reviews every 6 months, training and support to hit those goals, I've been able to make great strides in the direction I want my career to go."
